  Beautiful historical surroundings and great food. I wouldn't know what to recommend for eating (seafood in that area is just unbelievable, but so is the red meat)...just work yourself through the menu and enjoy the mouthwatering delicacies of the land and sea. And if you've never eaten barnacles (called "percebes" there) do yourself a favor and try them, is like biting into the ocean.

  Too expensive for services NOT rendered. If you report to the admin instrative office for payment: the staff takes more care of phone calls in stead of completing the work a for you when the invoice and banking payment. I felt offended by the total dis interest of my presence. Holding phones up to 3 talking to others and leave us waiting.

  One of my favourite marinas. Good protection from the weather, friendly stuff speaking Spanish and English, descent showers. 10 minutes walking distance to a grocery supermarket and a fereteria, good cafes nearby (Monterey is the best among them) on the waterfront. Bus connection to Vigo city and airport. A medieval castle is doubtlessly worth seeing.

  We stayed for 3 days which considering was in October was expensive. However the facilities were first class and we ate one evening in the magnificent club house which was very good and well priced. The marina office staff were not very friendly, almost arrogant to a point. The staff on the pontoons were first rate and very helpful.

  The mooring is restless due to too fast passing fishing boats. The distance from berth to bathroom facilities too high.
